We Have Our Reasons

What are you going to do?  Make us stop?

That Day Will Come Again!

I heard recently that the landscum are eagerly trying to prove that Mars was once an IMMENSE OCEAN filled with life forms.

They are getting CLOSER TO THE ANSWER.

WHY FISH DON'T EXIST

WELL, THIS WAS A FINE READ, LADIES.
LET ME TELL YOU WHY.

The all-too-human author of this one is Lulu Miller, and the International Standard Book Number is 9781501160349.

It manages to blend talk about the interplay of ORDER and CHAOS, the author's often-lamentable relationship history, and the development of PISCATORIAL TAXONOMY with discussions about FISH, FISH AND MORE FISH.  It gives great insight into how they see us, which helps us see them more clearly.

It's reassuringly clear that they HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WE ARE ABOUT.  That alone is a good reason to read this one.

Honestly, I didn't need to learn quite so much about Miller's personal life, but you know how featherless bipeds are about that stuff.  Go ahead and read it anyway.  IT'S STILL MOSTLY ABOUT THE FISH.

Progress, Ladies...

...Says here that Naked Ape scientists are starting to (dimly) understand HOW IT WORKS when their people, or subsections of them, make detectable moves to ENTER THE SEA FOREVER.   Of course, this method of becoming more aquatic is only one way of doing it, but it's well known to be EFFECTIVE and pretty PERMANENT. One of the very few FAILURES in the whole of the planet's history is the featherless biped or Homo sap, who started to become aquatic many generations back, and them just QUIT when a certain inland sea dried up, instead of FOLLOWING THE WATER.

But as we can see here, some of them are STILL WORKING ON GETTING BACK WHERE THEY BELONG.  Good show.
