Mixed Feelings On This One

I'm not thrilled that a Shaved Monkey "scientist" has noticed this.

I'm QUITE PLEASED, meanwhile, that they are placing this in proper context with the MANY, MANY OTHER SPECIES already actively doing this.  It simultaneously BROADENS THE PICTURE of what they are looking at, and WHY they might be seeing this at all, and TAKES THE FOCUS OFF the activities of our own operatives.  A report I heard on the radio news even mentioned that MALE CHICKENS sometimes engage in sexless reproduction.
