A Security Leak Works Out In Our Favor!!!

The revelation that we have essentially TAKEN OVER a large Caribbean island has NOT EVEN SLOWED US DOWN. We're CONTINUING TO MONITOR the situation in Cienfuegos, Cuba's OUTFLOW TUBES, and I have to say THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT.  So many people are focused on our operatives' activities in the sewer system that they are TOTALLY MISSING the other good work we are doing in and around the island.

I am also VERY happy to report that the officials who warned the local featherless bipeds about the dangers of eating sewage-bred Catfish are being ROUNDLY IGNORED.  Those ladies are RECRUITING LIKE MAD while feeding the landscum THEIR OWN EFFLUVIUM.
